Pinch of Spice is by far the best Indian joint I have been to in a long time. There are a lot of good ones here in Hillsboro, some are carts and some are actual restaurants but none of them have the depth of flavor that Pinch of Spice gets in their food. Their professionalism and service is top notch. I showed up one time to get my order and they invited me to come up to the door to see how the naan is baked. That was awesome to see! This is my go to location for Indian food.

This is my go to Indian food spot in Hillsboro. I haven't tried them all yet but so far this is the one with the best flavors and quality. I highly recommend them.
